While working as a Business Developer for Lemon Sky Studios - an animation and gaming servicing studio - Sara pioneered and planned a sleuth of marketing initiatives including an article highlighting employee diversity at the company in place of DEI month.

With over 500 employees at the time, Sara sought to find a unique angle to showcase diversity in the animation space during her first month at the company. Upon researching and inquiring around, she found willing participants to share their unique perspectives on working in a creative environment amidst certain physical challenges.

She then scheduled dates and times for interviews and photography sessions before writing the article. The assembly included drafting and rewriting the piece, editing the photos and setting up the blog on CMS before the launch date.

The article was a hit and is currently being used to showcase to prospective and current clients the inclusivity in Lemon Sky Studios and to understand more about the studio as a whole.
